The Student Poster Award Competition was created in 2012 to recognize students at SRA’s biennial meetings for their contributions to adolescent research. Awards are given to a select number of students with the most outstanding posters. A committee of emerging scholars and senior scholars judge posters based on:

  • Clarity of Conceptualization and Interpretation
  • Quality of Methodological Approach
  • Innovation and Importance
  • Overall Aesthetic of Poster

Any undergraduate or graduate student who is the first author of an accepted poster submission (either poster or poster symposium) is eligible to apply. Award winners will have a ribbon displayed on their poster during their poster session and will be named at the Award Ceremony.

Fully completed research posters should be submitted electronically to emergingscholars@s-r-a.org

Posters should be in pdf, ppt, or pptx format.
