Current Committee Initiatives
To be responsible for developing, updating and monitoring the Society's communications policies, social networking accounts, and electronic discussion groups, as well as recommending new ways for SRA to communicate with its members and other interested parties across its platforms and through alternative media.
- Develop a strategy for updating the function and content of the SRA website and work with staff to maintain content
- Update IESJ award based on 2024 experience.
- Work with Emerging Scholars Program on idea to develop award for current graduate students with IESJ component.
- Develop ideas for committee participation in 2026 conference.
- Work with staff and Media & Communications to improve IESJ resources on the SRA webpage.
- Subsume internal policies and forward facing functions of antiracism taskforce.
